Our staff of 56 employees includes eight Certified Physician Assistants, one Occupational Therapist (OT/CHT), and other well trained professionals to assist you with your needs in a responsive professional environment, we treat your medical problems in a supportive and confidential setting.

Our main office is in the West Yellowstone Medical Building at 2900 12 th Avenue No., Suite 140W and is directly across the street from the emergency room of St. Vincent Hospital. Valet parking is an added feature for our patients. We have added an additional office which is located at 3307 Grand Avenue, Suite 201.
